Fresh picked fennel bulbs tossed with baby arugula and topped with blackberries, caramelized walnuts, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, pignoli nuts, red onions and formaggio Crotonese. Served with Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar. An artisan produced cheese, Crotonese is an aged sheep milk cheese from our home region of Lazio, Italy. The paste is a luminous flaxen color and the rind is often veined with streaks of orange and purple, which comes from the wicker baskets used in the aging process. A cheese that intensifies with age, Crotonese is meaty and robust and has a sweet, full-bodied butter nut flavor

Butternut squash and green pears blended to perfection with light hints of onion and celery and topped with chopped walnuts.
Pizza Piemontese 13
Thin crusted 12” pizza topped with a blend of mozzarella and Robiola with Italian select dried white figs, speck prosciutto and a drizzle of Italian olive oil. This robiola is comprised of sheep, goat and cow milk and is a short ripened cheese. It is a soft, creamy, pillow of a cheese that is smooth yet tastes lushly of the herb-filled meadows on which the livestock graze.
Shrimp and Orange Wrap 8
Grilled black tiger shrimp rolled in a sun dried tomato wrap with mandarin oranges, avocado, walnuts, romaine lettuce and goat cheese. Dressed with raspberry vinaigrette.
Panino Vitello and Sardegna 8
Grilled veal, sauteed onions, roasted peppers and Fiore di Sardengna on fresh baked Filone bread. Fiore di Sardegna is a firm, sheep milk cheese from Sardegna, Italy. It is a rich, creamy and nutty cheese with a tender sharpness.
Piada Fragola 8
Our famous piadina romagnola flat bread layered with zucchini, eggplant, composta di fragola, spring greens and Mozzarella di Bufala. Composta di Fragola (Strawberry and Balsamic jam) is candied strawberries with a slight balsamic kick. A delicacy of northern Italy, specifically the city of Mantova these jarred fruits are traditionally made by cooking fruit with mustard oil or vinegars. They generally pack a light spice along with a jammy sweetness. Buffalo mozzarella (mozzarella di bufala) is a mozzarella cheese made from the milk of the domestic water buffalo rather than from cow's milk. In our humble opinion this is the finest fresh mozzarella in the world. This mozzarella is sweeter, creamier and tastier than cattle milk mozzarella and has an exquisite taste that separates it from all fresh milk cheeses.
Tagliatelle con Salmone 15
Spinach tagliatelle tossed in a light cream sauce with sundried tomatoes, yellow squash and salmon. This northern Italian dish contains tagliatelle which is a classic fresh Italian pasta made in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is a long, wide, ribbon pasta that is generally found ¼ to 3/8 inch in width. It is usually made with egg but also occasionally with spinach and sun dried tomato.
Stuffed Calamari 17
Calamari tubes stuffed with crab and shrimp meat along with hints of oreganata crumbs, onions, garlic and celery. Slightly grilled then braised to perfection in an enchanting fra diavolo sauce. Served over a bed of vegetable infused risotto with a smattering of Prince Edward Island mussels.
