Pinot Grigio – Italy – San Angelo 2009 *
Tuscany’s only pinot grigio. Pinot Grigio was long considered a varietal that could only flourish in northern Italy. This Pinot Grigio however is indicating that the gentle climate of Tuscany may be even more ideal for Pinot Grigio production. It pairs well with light fare, seafood and simple veal and poultry dishes.
